The supervisors forget employees are human and treating them just as any other resource. Employees are human, complicated, unique and surely no one-fit-for all solution.
There are many types of Abusive Supervision:
Petty tyrant:
Someone who uses their power obsessively, impulsively and hurtfully.
Leader endanger Health:
Someone who believes in such a manner towards subordinates and subordinates develop poor health.These attributes problems to their leader’s behavior.
Toxic:
leader who acts without integrity by illegal.
Moreover, Workplace harassment has grown significantly over the past 15 years. Workplace abuse involves a variety of forms. Including bullying, social stigma, harassment in the workplace, emotional harassment, violence, conflict between people.
The very important thing that is faced by women is staff discrimination. They are less paid for the same work as compared to men. So, this discrimination demotivate women’s staff. This thing effects the performance of the women’s staff.
As a form of abuse the workplace psychological abuse is like abusive discipline. It involves repeated or continuous acts of abuse over time. Workplace harassment may be related to work and may include verbal abuse, bans on work, physical violence, evictions and destruction. The terrible results on every man or woman worker. Whether they may be the abuser or the abused. Trickle down at some point of the complete organization. It is in the hands of the organization to stop this negative spiral, preferably before it starts.
The central aim of this article is to create a foundation of knowledge. Understanding of abusive supervision that badly effect on employee’s performance. Organization should understand this thing that it also damages the reputation and it badly effects the name of the organization.

Dictatorial and humiliating behavior not only impedes employee’s performance but also hurting for their self-esteem and honour.
